Bringing together world-renowned artists and teachers from prestigious academies in Europe and the USA, NUME Academy will host 12 young talents selected from around the world. They are being offered masterclasses for violin, viola, and cello, completely free of charge, together with the possibility to perform in solo concerts, as well as alongside the teaching artists in groups of chamber music, giving them a unique and intimate pedagogic experience.
Many of the young talents taking part in the course are already at the beginning of their careers as soloists or chamber musicians and have won important prizes in international competitions.
The schedule of the activities also includes free of charge participation of public, and groups of students from music institutes from the area, as well as the organization of seminaries for music teachers. Furthermore, sessions of classical music appreciation amongst young people and disabled people will look to promote culture and the arts and contribute to society's development using music as a communication vector.
