The fee can also be paid through the Art Bonus, a tax incentive that allows you to recover 65% of charitable donations supporting culture and the performing arts as a tax credit, divided into three annual installments starting from the year following the donation.
Additionally, for companies, freelancers, and foundations (including banking foundations) with their registered office or a permanent establishment in Tuscany, there is the possibility to combine the national tax benefit with Art Bonus Toscana. This additional tax benefit consists of a tax credit on IRAP (Regional Tax on Productive Activities) equal to 20% of the donated amount, on top of the national 65%, for donations of at least €1,000.
